We are a privately owned company. The company President, Ken Easley, started in commercial construction in 1978 and held each position as he worked his way through the ranks into management.
He held the position of General Manager and Vice President with a top 100 General contracting firm for 18 years with over 100 million a year volume & oversaw 100 plus professionals locally. During this time his team earned many awards from top construction organizations such as AGC and ABC, including the most pretigeuous award of the state, the Chairmans award from NAIOP for the UNM Arena, and the award of excellence from Engineering News Record for the UNM Cancer Center.
Our team has managed commercial projects in several states across the Southwest from hospitals, arenas and olympic training facilities to the Supreme Court and Attorney Generals Buildings. We provide a wide variety of services, ranging from smaller single source turnkey projects to larger general contracting, construction management services.

I understand Roger will be moving on to another project next week. I want to take this opportunity to let you know that out of the several different foremen I’ve worked with, you have a true foreman in Roger. He did what we needed him to do, has the respect of his men, and has a great attitude. Undoubtedly I will work with Empire Builders in the future. When I do, I want Roger on my project. Please let Roger know that his efforts do not go unnoticed. His men also deserve a big thumbs up. Those framers/rockers working for him were also top notch compared to some I’ve seen and got in here and took care of business as did your finishers. The experience of those framers is very noticeable. Great job on Phase 3 Ken!
